# Welcome to the Scrapely community

This is the place to ask questions, share what you're building with Scrapely, and tell us what to build next.

**Where to post**

- **Help and support**: a request that failed, a target that keeps blocking, credits that look wrong. Mark the answer that solved it so the next person finds it.
- **Amazon Product API**: ASINs, tiers and the fields each one returns.
- **API and integrations**: scraping parameters, async jobs, batches, webhooks.
- **Feedback and requests**: targets to support, features to build.

**Before you post**

- Check the [docs](/docs); the answer may already be there.
- If something seems broken, look at the [status page](/status) first.
- **Never post an API key or a webhook signing secret.** For anything about a specific request, include its `X-Request-Id` (or the job id). That's all we need.

**House rules**

Be useful and be kind. Nothing that breaks the [acceptable use rules](/legal/terms#acceptable-use): no scraping behind logins you aren't authorised to use, no personal-data harvesting, no attacks on sites. Posts that do are removed and the account closed.
