Every platform spends the same credits. You pay per unique item that comes back ok or not_found; partial and unavailable items are refunded, and a call is rounded up once.

Amazon in depth

What one ASIN costs

Amazon has three tiers and an offers endpoint, on the same balance as every retailer. Sweep everything on pulse, spend lite and full credits only on the ASINs that changed or are new, and reach for offers when you are about to act. A watchlist runs the sweep for you at the same prices.

What each tier returns
Amazon credits per ASIN, by tier and endpoint
Tier / endpointCredits
Pulse10,000 ASINs / callSweeps: new-offer count and lowest new price0.25/ ASIN
Lite2,000 ASINs / callRepricing: title, brand, buy box, list price, seller, rating, delivery dates1/ ASIN
Full2,000 ASINs / callNew listings: lite plus description, images, attributes5/ ASIN
Offers/v1/offers · 100 ASINs / callEvery offer: seller, price + shipping, FBA, buy box (1 credit for a single-offer listing)3/ ASIN
WatchlistsBilled as the calls they run: pulse every sweep, lite on change and every 8th run, full once per new ASINno extra fee

A pulse sweep of 10,000 ASINs is 2,500 credits: $1.00 on Starter, 37¢ on Volume. Pulse reports the lowest new price, which matches the buy box about 92% of the time, so climb to lite before you act on it.

  • Charged per unique ASIN or offer: duplicates in a call count once
  • ok and not_found are billed; partial and unavailable are refunded
  • Up to 10,000 ASINs per pulse call, 2,000 on other tiers
  • Fractional pulse credits are rounded up once per call

Scraping API

What one page costs

For every site that is not on the platform list. You spend credits only on successful responses. Turn features on per request — a single crawl can mix cheap static pages with rendered ones.

Concurrency

Parallelism that grows with you

No tier to upgrade. The more you have bought over time, the more requests you can run at once.

How concurrency works
  1. 5Free5 concurrent requests from 0 lifetime credits
  2. 2025K+20 concurrent requests from 25,000 lifetime credits
  3. 50500K+50 concurrent requests from 500,000 lifetime credits
  4. 1002M+100 concurrent requests from 2,000,000 lifetime credits
  5. 25010M+250 concurrent requests from 10,000,000 lifetime credits

Concurrency is how many requests you can have in flight at once. It rises automatically with the total credits you have ever purchased — and never goes back down.

FAQ

Billing questions

How is product data billed?

Per unique item in the call, at the platform's rate: Walmart 1 credit per item id, Target 1 credit per TCIN, Best Buy 1 credit per SKU, and Amazon by tier (below). A call is rounded up once, not per item. Items that come back ok or not_found are billed; partial and unavailable ones are refunded automatically, so a lookup that fails costs nothing. Every platform spends the same credits.

How are Amazon calls billed?

Per unique ASIN in the call, at the tier you asked for: 0.25 credit on pulse, 1 on lite, 5 on full. Delivery dates come with lite and full at no extra cost. Fractional pulse credits are rounded up once per call, not per ASIN. /v1/offers is 3 credits an ASIN, 1 when the listing has a single offer. ASINs that come back ok or not_found are billed; partial and unavailable ones are refunded automatically. Pulse reports the lowest new price, which matches the buy box about 92% of the time.

What does a watchlist cost?

Exactly the calls it runs, at the prices above. On a one-tier retailer, each run fetches every item once. On Amazon, each run is a pulse sweep of every ASIN, lite for each ASIN that changed, a lite pass over everything every 8th run (you can change or turn that off), and full once for each new ASIN. There is no per-watchlist or per-webhook fee, and each run in the dashboard shows the credits it spent.

Is this a subscription?

No. You buy a credit pack once and spend it at your own pace. Nothing renews unless you switch on auto top-up, which refills your balance only when it drops below a threshold you choose.

Do credits really never expire?

Really. Credits stay on your account until you use them. A pack bought today is still there for a crawl next year.

What counts as a failed Scraping API request?

Anything we could not complete after our automatic retries: blocks, unsolved CAPTCHAs, timeouts and 5xx errors. Those credits are refunded instantly. Successful (2xx) responses and definitive 404/410 answers are billed.

Can I mix features in one crawl?

Yes. Features are per request, not per account. Render only the pages that need it and use premium proxies only on the domains that block datacenter IPs.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All major cards, through Stripe's secure checkout; the card you pay with can be saved for auto top-up. For larger purchases we can invoice — email .

Do you offer refunds on unused credits?

If you bought the wrong pack, email support soon after purchase and we will make it right: we refund the payment to your card and remove that pack's credits from your balance (a partial refund removes the matching share). Otherwise unused credits simply stay on your balance — there is no deadline to use them.
