Watchlists
Track prices across retailers. Get webhooks on change.
Hand us item ids on any live retailer, a cadence and a webhook URL. We fetch them on schedule, diff every tracked field, delist dead items and POST you a signed event for each change — the same event on every platform. Billed as the calls each run makes.

What you get with Watchlists
- 01
One per catalogue, any retailer
A watchlist follows one platform and marketplace. Run one per retailer you sell on; every one speaks the same API and sends the same events.
- 02
Cheap sweep, detail on change
Each run checks every item at the platform’s sweep tier and re-fetches only what moved. One-tier platforms are simply fetched and diffed.
- 03
Baseline once
A new item is fetched once at the platform’s fullest tier as its baseline, then joins the sweep.
- 04
Dead items delisted
When the retailer says an item no longer exists, you get one event and we stop fetching it.
- 05
Signed webhooks, or pull
Every event carries an HMAC signature and a timestamp. Prefer polling? List changes since any point in time.
- 06
No watchlist fee
You pay the per-item credits each run spends; every run in the dashboard shows them. A run you cannot afford is skipped, never half-charged.
How it works
Three steps, no infrastructure
Create it once
A name, the platform and marketplace, item ids, a cadence from every 5 minutes to every 7 days, and a webhook URL.
- 02
We run it
Baseline, sweeps, re-fetches on change and delistings, on your schedule, retried when a run fails.
- 03
You handle events
watchlist.product.changed carries each field before and after; watchlist.run.completed sums up every run.
Use cases
What it is built for
The workloads it is designed around.
Repricing
Know within minutes when a competitor’s price or stock moves on any retailer you sell on.
MAP monitoring
Catch listings that drop below your minimum advertised price, per retailer.
Stock alerts
Get told when an item comes back in stock or sells out.
Catalogue hygiene
Delisted items arrive as events, so dead SKUs leave your catalogue on their own.
FAQ
Watchlists questions
Which retailers can a watchlist follow?
Every live platform with a live marketplace. The platform pages list them; the dashboard only offers what can be watched today.
How is a watchlist billed?
As the calls each run makes, at the platform’s per-item prices. There is no per-watchlist or per-webhook fee, and every run shows the credits it spent.
Can one watchlist mix retailers?
No: one watchlist, one platform and marketplace. Create one per retailer; they share your balance, your webhook secret and the event format.
