Where to post

• Help and support: a request that failed, a target that keeps blocking, credits that look wrong. Mark the answer that solved it so the next person finds it.

• Amazon Product API: ASINs, tiers and the fields each one returns.

• API and integrations: scraping parameters, async jobs, batches, webhooks.

• Feedback and requests: targets to support, features to build.

Before you post

• Check the docs; the answer may already be there.

• If something seems broken, look at the status page first.

• Never post an API key or a webhook signing secret. For anything about a specific request, include its X-Request-Id (or the job id). That's all we need.

House rules

Be useful and be kind. Nothing that breaks the acceptable use rules: no scraping behind logins you aren't authorised to use, no personal-data harvesting, no attacks on sites. Posts that do are removed and the account closed.
